My Aim is to spread over/to propagate the healing art for establishing the World Health & Peace aiming at making the life as the perfect instrument to achieve the ultimate goal of every individual the ‘MOKSHA’ (moha-kshya) Salvation; by establishing Hospitals for Ragadi Roga Nirmulana i.e., eradication of disease.
To explore/ Research/ Practise and propagate the Ayurvedic System and Yoga which insist in holistic approach leading to total immunization of the system, prophylaxis of the disease, cure and maintenance of health of body, mind & soul.
To function purely as nonpolitical organization serving the people in the area of health without prejudice to their Nationality, Religion Cast, Creed or Sex.

I completed my Degree in Ayurveda from a very reputed institution and was blessed to learn from the best teachers of AYURVEDA. I have presented various articles on ayurveda nationally. Then later completed my post graduation in Ayurveda again from a reputed college (Sri Dharmasthala Manjunathewara College of Ayurveda, Udupi). I am practising ayurveda now for more than a decade.
My purpose is to service you with the best of my abilities. Ayurveda is not just treating a disorder but a life style change. Through this blog I will be guiding you in your day to day activities to help prevent disease and to maintain your good health.
I Have been working with Dr Rao (my GRANDFATHER) for more than 5 years, I have learnt a lot from him and his ideologies will be carried forward through me.
Dr Rao is my Guru and my Inspiration.

I attained Ayurveda degree from a prestigious institution where I acquired the knowledge of Ayurveda. I am very much enthusiastic and committed towards serving the society and to keep a strong awareness towards it. I am very much inspired by Dr.Rao who is my Grandfather. Under his able guidance and inspiration I feel that a need has aroused to establish a Blog wherein I can interact and expand Ayurveda and to establish that “Ayurveda is not just treatment but it is a way of life”.
